Jerome is depressed. His ex-boyfriend is dating while his own love life is non-existent. A vision of California sends him to Hollywood to seek fame and fortune as an actor. Along the way, guided through the Hollywood world by his cross-dressing roommate, he meets an interesting mix of characters including a cute stoner (a scruffy Chad Allen). Jerome struggles to discover where his heart truly lies, acting in Hollywood or living back in Paris. Part biting Hollywood satire, part melancholy search for love and acceptance - a delightfully funny film. - Glenn Doonan
